“I wasn’t reading into how you were acting. You just seem glum. And there has to be a reason why you haven’t been hanging with me as of late,” Ino explained, watching the tea pot on the stove.
“How the fuck do I seem glum?” he asked with a frown, glancing back toward the tea and switching off the burner. He busied himself, pulling cups from cabinets, filling them with the soothing, warm liquid. With the cups in hand, he walked over to Ino, handing her one and returning to the kitchen, leaning against the counter. “I haven’t run into you lately and it’s not like I go around looking for people.”
Ino nodded her head curtly as she accepted the cup. “Well I’m your best friend, you should come look for me. You know where I live, work, and hang out…. Were you just avoiding me?” Ino asked jokingly, but she looked at Hidan wanting him to answer her honestly.
